Nope. It shows the switch after it's out. I need to know how to get to that point, actually removing the switch housing. It apparently doesn't just pry out.

I found that mine ,was extremely tight in the dash .

So I removed the fuse panel cover ,then removed the bolt holding the fuse block itself swung it down an out of the way.

Reached up under the dash found the back of the light switch and pushed on it as lightly prying on the front at the same time it poped right out

I popped mine out yesterday. It's kinda scary but I just kept working around the edges of the switch, being gentle of course and it eventually popped loose. I used a WIDE bladed screw driver to spread the force across as wide an area as possible. Start at the indent on the bottom of the switch and continue around the edge as the thing starts to come loose.

Another option is to remove the dash panel. It's easy the thing snaps in and out. All you have to do is put on the ebrake put shift lever in low lower the steering wheel to it's lowest posistion and gently pry it out starting at the drivers side of the dash. It's a little scary at first but does come out rather easily. when it's out you can access all the switches. I had to do this to take out the factory radio because one of the din clips was bent rendering the radio removal tool useless.

Another comment on the light switch. Mine had 3 metal tabs around the edges holding it in. I tapped into the headlight wire, #12 red wire/yellow trace, coming from left connector on switch looking down on the top of the switch. It was tight to make the connection, not much slack in the wiring loom. I'm going to run the tap to a relay, then to a separate rheostat to allow me to dim the aux gas gauge and the A pillar gauges separately from the dash. I didn't know if the Ford rheostat would handle the extra load or not but given how tightly they engineer these things I didn't want to take a chance on overloading the Ford rheostat. The way I have it wired I won't have power to the gauges if the headlights aren't on but I figure I can live with that.
