'01 F150 4.6 Engine replacement *Code ID* *HELP*?

I have a:
01 F150 XLT 4.6L 4x4 automatic
I'm installing a new motor in.

The VIN is: 1FTRX18W51NB8xxx, which reflects an '01 4.6L 2v Romeo: - which,, i understand should have a PI engine after the '00 model year; & is OE specced for a DFZK engine, which apparently had 2 configurations for this 7/2001 model.

- but the engine & trans had been swapped before I got it;
- & the intake, head, & valve cover codes don't seem to match up with the year/make/model of the truck.

I *need help* identifying what I currently have in there; with the hopes of having purchased a new long-block engine that will align correctly with the newer transmission, existing intake, comp program, harness, & sensors;
- & ideally with correct PI configuration.

The upper Intake is cast aluminum,
stamped: 1L3E-9424-BA

The head is stamped on the drivers side rear,
above the exhaust manifold: S73
RF-F5AE-6090. B24A;
- with a circular 'wagon-wheel' stamp on the left that has '97' in the middle.

The Driver's side valve cover sticker reads:
?C2E-6A505-CC. M03

Please can anyone tell me what i might be looking at,, & if ill have any problems installing a *PI*
DFZK 2v Romeo 4.6 long block in its' place?

Is there more info I need to provide to determine this?
I can provide more pics on request...

Thanks!

\"Triton 4.6L" intake cover & plenum removed.

Driver's side rear, above exhaust manifold.

Upper intake manifold casting code, driver's side rear.

Driver's side valve cover ID Tag
