The games ford plays
been getting survey email for a guy with the same name but different vehicle
i filled out a survey on my previous vehicle 1 time and since then I don’t get any more survey emails
but, my son in California with the same name and drives an import, gets my survey emails.
im beginning to think there’s a clever person at ford USA who’s job it is to improve survey ratings….and as part of that….dis communicates with disgruntled customers by changing email addresses in their accounts that they won’t get any more survey links.
i guess its easier to do that than for ford to improve their services.

Ford has told survey company not to send me any surveys years ago. They can't accept the truth!!
