I have a 92 f350 4.9L manual transmission. EEC was bad so I got a new one. It ran fine for a few months but now I think it’s bad and I don’t know the original part number for the right eec. Can someone help?
calibration number is 1-71J-R10 and the number on the other side is M1X2

You need someone here that has the correct year MASTER PARTS CATALOG and can go into the CALIBRATION CODE PARTS LIST to find the correct PN. Then you need to find out if the PN was ever superseded or if there is a TSB concerning the ECM.
The first thing you need to do is fully diagnose what is happening and then go from there.
Is the ECM/PCM a reman? Did you give them the original ECM as a core? You might want to consider a take-out at a salvage yard to save some $$$.
And always write down and keep the ID off the old ECM. If reman, it is hard to say what they sold you.

Yes it’s a Reman and the original was returned for core. The one I bought should still be under warranty. I bought it from local parts store.
As far as the truck, it started with a no start problem. Would only start with a squirt of starting fluid. Now after maybe 15 starts with ether it won’t start and has no spark. I recently replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil so all that should be fine. When the ecm went out before it had a similar issue so I came to the conclusion that’s it. Also it’s under warranty still. I just don’t want to stick another ecm in there if it’s not the right one.
Unplug the EEC/PCM connector, then check for spark again. If it returns, you have confirmed the computer is bad again.
I do not have a decoder to figure out what PCM related to your calibration code. Even if the catch code is not 100% correct it would not prevent getting spark. This listing from FS1 shows Catch Code M1X2 is Ford# F1TF-12A650-AHC and is used on 1993 trucks with a 4.9L engine and manual transmission.
It's close and should work. Other options are F2TF-ABA, F2TF-APB, F2TF-ATA, F2TF-ASB
There's a good chance your PCM/EEC has leaking capacitors. Open the case and you can see this visibly. Look for the vertical cans. Could be two or three of them. Cheaper to fix these than to replace the unit, if you know someone that can solder decently.

How would that be cheaper than a free replacement under warranty?
He said "...should still be under warranty." not "...IS under warranty."
If he can confirm that the replacement has had the capacitors replaced, then that's the way to go. If not, he's getting another of the same vintage as the first one and should expect similar results over time.
Just sharing useful info. He can use it or lose it as he wishes.
In addition to following the advice above, it's also worth cleaning your ground connections.

Also, the main ground cable from the negative battery terminal to the block and frame, can cause hard to resolve issues.
