I changed pipes an dummy plugs and oil cooler.
put everything back together , added 2quarts of oil through oil filter housing. Cranked for an hour off an on while charging batteries an no start. Scangauge shows ficm sync, I also added the crank a cam but they stay at “0” while cranking ficm is “1”. 550psi oil , ipr goes to 84.7%. Fuel bowl fills and has 65psi at bowl , crank rpm’s are 170-185, ficm is 49v but logic volts drop down to 9v cranking ficm battery shows 12.4, batteries test at 13.3v. What am I missing to no start ? TIA you guys are awesome I always read the posts but this is my first one to make, 2006 f350 6.0 powerstroke

Not familiar enough with scan gauge to give any advice other than repost this on the 6.0 section of the forum. You’ll get a lot more traffic specific to this platform over there.
