T18 Synchro Question

I’ve been seeing conflicting names for a particular synchro assembly that I’m wanting to replace on my T18 Transmission. Most sellers online seem to refer to this as a 1st/Reverse Synchro Assembly. Diagrams that I’ve reviewed seem to refer to it as a Low/2nd Synchro Assembly. I just want to ask if anyone knows if this is the same thing and why it may be called different names. Perhaps they are different parts but I would appreciate any advice on this before I purchase.

That part works 1st "low"/ 2nd and reverse, so yes it's the same part.

Multiple 1st/2nd Synchro Assemblies

I’ve researched that there appear to be two different 1st/2nd synchro assemblies for T18s. There is one with the clutch hub showing several holes (photo) and then there is one where the clutch hub does not have those holes. When I line them up side by side the one with the holes appears to be slightly smaller.

Are both styles interchangeable for a rebuild?
