What panel are you referring to?
Been a DIY car guy for literally decades, never hear of something in an SUV being referred to as a header panel ( in pickup trucks they sometimes call the front of the bed up by the cab the header panel or head gate, but obviously that doesn't apply to an SUV, and this is the Excursion section).
