What do bolts thread into when attaching header panel?
Hello. I am reassembling front clip of my 95 F250 and I am not sure what the bolts screw into when reinstalling header panel. My new radiator core is not threaded. Are there supposed to be j-clips there? Do they thread into nuts? Thanks!

When you say header panel, do you mean the big black plastic piece that the headlights and things attach to?

I reused as many of the OEM clips as I could. They were better quality (thicker) than the parts store stuff.
