My father recently passed away, he had a 57 chevy bus. I think 7 windows, it has a 427 with less than 500 miles since rebuilding, 4 speed transmission and 2 speed rear axle, rv conversion started.
I know he owned it before I was born, 1967.
arizona vehicle so not rusted out.
someone contacted my mom about buying it and I am trying to figure out the value of it.
any ideas or where to find prices?
Well fire season is over, no heavy maintenance in shop for the helicopters, got my honey do book down to a honey do list. So today I got a couple pictures.
As far as i know it has been in Arizona it's entire life with the exception of road trips. 427 corvet engine, less than 500 miles since rebuild

Damn! For it's age and what it is, that thing is in great shape.
FYI I learned recently that in NH you cannot drive a yellow bus (resembling, or as a retired school bus) unless it's an actual school bus. He was driving one his church had bought and got pulled over and ticketed for it...
