Van seats are plentiful
I do not use two of mine
Finally wore out some upholstery on one of my front seats
Swapped a rear seat into the front with some effort and welding of the pedestal
Is that an option?

As I understand the crew cab trucks have same floor pan fronts as reg cabs and the only reg cabs I have seen with those seats are Lightnings.
CC usually have plain bench or 40/20/40.
This is why Bronco guys steal ext cab seats and brackets as they are the same for their rides.
