It would be helped to understand just what is being referred to. Possibly the overload style shocks with the spring on them. I have seen that style of shock for a front before, but I don’t know if I have seen this type of front shock offered anywhere for quite some time.
I still don’t understand why you are looking for coil over shocks. Are your springs worn out so you are looking for something to help support the front end instead of replacing the springs?
That is not an actual coil over...just a cheap shock with a cheap helper spring over it. Sounds like you need a 3/4 ton or larger truck.
Watch your tow weight and GCVW pulling/hauling that heavy in these half tons. DOT will be allllllllllllllllll over you if you get stopped or in a wreck being overloaded.

Well, it is a coil over in that is has a spring over a shock. But its not the coil over most people refer to. On the large fwd gm cars of the 90s-2000s(2011 for a cadillac and buick model), coil overs like that are an easy replacement for the air shocks when the system costs too much to rrepair and the owner doesnt mind the loss of height adjusting to load. They ride ok, not the best, but they do supplement the load carrying of the actual rear coil springs that are in place on those cars, so 4 springs in the rear if you replace the shocks with the "coil overs". In these trucks I cant imagine a situation a front coil over makes sense because the ride height shouldnt be affected by much besides a plow, and that would be best suited with a straight axle and leaf springs and maybe even quad-shocks
