My guess is possibly a rack that is bracketed to the frame in the front and the materials hang considerably over the front(and the rear) squatting the truck. The real solution is a heavier duty truck choice. If a f150, get an f250, if an f250, then f350 or larger. The truck isnt going to like that weight on the front even if it is leveled correctly, the components are going to be stressed

If you intend to keep this truck, coilovers aren't the answer, it sounds like you need a stiffer spring and a quality shock.

Your frame isn't braced on the front end like a heavier duty truck.

I’ve been running these shocks for years. Both front and rear. Thought I would see if there was some others out there. Thank you for all the suggestions.

Put new HD springs in the front, that's pretty sagged.

2” riser blocks in the back. Old school rake.

Rake is designed so you can load down the bed. Don't load the front, put a good shock in, and you're golden.

If you want to load the front, equip a tougher spring.

Going with the Bilstein 4600 shocks and moog
cc820 coil springs. Will I need to get an alignment after installing? Thanks for your input.

You may need an alignment, maybe not. Depends on how it is now.

One thing to note here, the cc820s are a standard load replacement, they shouldn't mess up the alignment, but you still shouldn't load down the front that much.

4600s are a good choice.

I understand what you’re saying about the springs. I’ll be sure not to overload them. Alignment was done 3 months ago when I purchased new tires. For some reason Amazon shipped each shock individually. Both springs and 1 shock are installed. Second shock arrives today. Thanks for the help.

Hard to know. If the springs were that worn out it is likely that the alignment (caster & camber) is now off.

Maybe the 822’s would have been a better choice?

Right, I had no idea I needed $1000 in work (excessive play in ball joints) until I got new tires, and the alignment check. Hard to tell without specifically looking for issues.

820s are probably fine if he keeps most of the weight in the bed.

Under the truck this morning and noticed the spring is touching on the passenger side. I’ve included a pic.
