Anybody use this kit. After I'm done rebuilding the engine on my truck I'm going to do rear brakes, considering I'm going to need new drums and hardware I would be close to the same price if I just get this kit
What are you going to do for a parking brake?
I opted to piece together my own kit from RA, Quality HD 4X parts on fleabay using 76-78 Caddy Eldo rear calipers.
Haven't actually swapped out from drum to disc yet but look on Pirate 4x4 for archived threads about rear disc conversions.
Some diss the Eldo caliper parking brakes but IF they're adjusted first before assembly, they work.
Others add a disc parking brake to rear of transfer case.

They have e brake caliper for an extra $200 and E brake cables have to be modified.

Yup. Saw that in the options.
There is so much salt corrosion up here that Raybestos treated E350 rotors were a factor for my choices. Having drum parking brakes backing plates rust out made me not choose those.
Will super duty rear calipers and brackets not work?
Vans usually ran Dana axles as I recall.
These brackets are made by a fleabay seller who moved from CO to MT. In fact he's a neighbor.
