If it was the torque converter you'd have the problem in drive, too. The converter doesn't know if the trans is in drive or reverse. Also, the converter can't cause a leak in reverse but not in drive.
You can check the valve body bolts to see if they are tight. You could remove the valve body and see if the valve body gasket is damaged. While the valve body is off you could check to see if the feed bolts are tight. Loose feed bolts can cause a pressure leak.

Alright thanks I’ll have to pull that apart and have a look. Actually about 5.5 6 years ago I had it apart to get to the solenoid bc I was having problems and it ended up being to alternater what a headache that was. But I’ll pull that apart maybe a bolt came loose. With having it apart to get to the solenoid years back I think I remember I had to take them out? Also recently it started not wanting to stop when coming to a stop so I parked it till I can get it figured out.

Did you do the pressure tests off of idle?
I know on these transmissions low on fluid, bad filter seal or filter dropping out of position can cause problems.
The symptoms of pulling engine down while stopped seem to match low fluid level as others have mentioned.
How are you checking the fluid level?
Flat ground, fluid warm, in park, engine at idle?
How about the filter?
-Missing or cut filter gasket?
-Short version or long?
The truck is on flat ground when I check it with engine off, I’ve checked it cold and warm. What do you mean about the filter? I haven’t pulled the pan yet will later today or probably tomorrow. And also what do you mean by short or long?

Checking trans fluid with the engine off is meaningless. You don't know if the fluid level is right, low, or too high.
There are two filters available for the 4R100. One is labeled for a 4x2, and the other is labeled for a 4x4. That was for the E4OD. All 4R100s (except the Lightning) use what is labeled the 4x4 filter, or the longer filter. If you put a short filter in a 4R100 it will suck air and the trans won't work right.

Same scenario with proper filter but low fluid. Same difference either way, no fluid being picked up as others prior to me have implied. I believe if it were me, I would add one quart and see what happens and at the same time, check the fluid while running. Either way, I would bet some transmission work is in your future.

The other guys covered it all I believe.
You have to check trans fluid with engine running.
All of these should be present while checking. Engine running at idle, trans warm, flat ground, in Park (or neutral).
The shorter 2wd filter or a cut gasket between filter and valve body could also cause it to suck air as if the fluid were low.
I’d start by redoing the fluid level check. It can be tricky to get a good reading so if that gives you any issues then maybe add a quart like oldmechanic57 said and see if it improves your running condition.
