I thought I saw somewhere that this was an option, but can find no mention in the manual, and a search on here as well as the internet in general gave no answers. Do we have this, and if so, how to set?
I am not talking about Manual mode - just setting the maximum gear the truck can go to. BTW, my Ram had the gear limit control on the steering where - much better than the Manual Gear Select being on the shift lever in the Ford - JMO).
Your gear shift lever has a +/- button on the side. Kinda hides behind the steering wheel. Anyway, hit - once to lock out 10th. Hit it again to lock out 9th. And so forth. Hit the + to restore each gear.

Not the way it works on mine. It's a Manual Gear Selection. As you slow down, it keeps reducing the gear selection. If you come to a stop it will be in 1st. And stay there no matter how hard you press the accelerator pedal...
While the manual selection is nice in that it really holds the gear when normally it would downshift on acceleration or holding speed on a hill, I would prefer just a limit. Both would be even better!
Yeah, in Manual it works that way. Same +/- button when in Auto mode will lock out the gears, from 10 on down. Try it you'll see. The gear number display will disappear for the gears locked out.
On my 2019 6 speed, Ford calls it Progressive Range Selection. You should find it in the manual under that name. It is activated by the - button on the shift lever. Transmission must be in drive to activate. Press - button once to activate PRS and then each press of the - button will lock out a gear starting with the highest.

Aha! Great news - will have to try when I get it back on Monday. Thanks!
