So I have a 1990 f250 with a 351w and I recently ordered a new ecm because the truck has not ran in 4 years cause the ecm was destroyed by water and add a wire straight into the cab that is connected from the fuel pump to a switch to the battery p.s the switch part is important. So I installed the ecm and the normal stock fuel switch's weren’t working so I used the one I installed and then it started right up and I could turn it off cause the rear tank started working and then now I just pulled the ecm to put the rubber sleeve around it and put it and bolted it back in the the rear and front aux tanks would not work only the switch I installed and got a new fuel relay and the switch I wired works but the pump whines and only the front works cause the switch what should I do

So is there power in from the EEC relay and out of the fuel pump relay? What about the inertia switch: power in and out of that? Have you checked the selector switch on the dash? You could or could not turn it off because the rear tank started working? What are you calling an auxiliary tank? Have you added a third fuel tank somewhere - maybe in the bed?
