1995 7.3 no start
new here so thanks for the ad. Ok im working on a 1995 7.3 with a no start issue. Truck was running fine but was parked for a month. Went to start it and cranks but no start. Code reader won’t link to it I guess mine isn’t fancy enough. I have checked fuel pressure at filter housing and have 45 to 55 while cranking. I unplugged icp to bypass and still nothing. Replaced ipr and no luck. Deadheaded the pump with a 3000psi guage. Put 12 volts to the ipr and I’m getting 1800 psi. It did start once but it was a very low idle and zero throttle response. Not sure if my pressure is good or not. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated

Yes reservoir is full and engine oil level is good. I did find that mice had chewed on the #48 wire on pcm plug. Which is the idm signal in wire. Repaired the wire but still no start. It will stumble every so often while cranking and I’m getting white smoke from exhaust but no start
