Anybody got this emblem on their center caps? If so, can you please measure the diameter of just the emblem? I've got a new set of US Mags rims that use the push through style center cap, and I want to get the stick on emblem that looks like the 80's center caps. Thanks!
I thought you could buy them on line maybe Ebay or LMC, etc.?

Sure, you can buy them, but I'm planning to attach the emblem to an aftermarket center cap that isn't made by Ford or a reproduction, so I want to make sure it will fit. I also notice that I would need to drill the rims if I want to add the full center cap piece that ford offered in the 80's.
You said you have the push thru caps for your wheels so unless the decals are way to large and hang over the edges I dont see the big deal being too small.
Heck even if too big, stick them on and centered the best you can and with the wheels mounted to the truck spin the wheel and with a blade cut the extra part of the decals off.
If you want to get real custom measure your centers and have custom decals made up to fit the caps.
Man why didnt I do that for my wheels

I didn't know anyone was making custom decals... O-O Got a vendor link or name?
I can get blank center caps with a slight dish in the top, flat, or slightly radiused outward, so, I'm trying to find the combo that fits up without modification.

Any local sign shop should be able to make them for you.
You just have to figure what you want in the center of the caps.
Get 4, 5 for the spare if seen, that fit your wheels and what you want in the center and take the caps (at least 1) to the shop and tell them what you want.
Now some shops may not want to spend the time to do it, 4 decals for not a lot of pay and you spent a lot of time on setup and print.
So if you can come up with something that others may like have a bunch made and sell the extras in sets of 4 to make some money back.
I was at a show a few weeks back held on main street and one of the stores made custom decals, Tee shirts, patches, ect.

Gotcha. That's a really good idea. I think I'll be fine if I get a flat topped center cap, with the diameter quoted above, but I will definitely keep this option in my back pocket.
Some people at shows that really look something over will pick out little things like the decals in the center of the wheels.
There is 1 club member that just sold his 63 Galaxy that had black spiders in the center of the spoked wheels that I just pick up on.
