Well if you end up not liking your fabricated piece, holler and I can hit my local JY for that piece. I am pretty sure that there is a seam right there where the main rocker attaches to that piece you need correct?
I don’t believe there is a seam. From what I can tell the original outer rocker included this as one piece for the entire outer rocker.
Yes you need just the dvrs side, but this is a better view. I think the red box is a seam. So you need just the blue box (off dvrs side) and or how much of the yellow box? Just in case you do need a part.

Ah, yes just the blue box. The seam is coming off the front pillar, which I have from Tabco. I assume it would be easier to cut the entire corner off (the entire blue square including the inner, outer rocker and front pillar) since there is a stack of all 3 plug welded together on the side closest to the cab interior.
