Rusting rockers/ cab corner help

2005 f150 crew cab. Alright here's the deal my rockers underneath by the cab corner are gone, corners are going too. I don't want to replace the hole rocker panel. Any ideas? Almost like I only need half the rocker. Anyone use fix my rust stuff? Do they slip on the old ones or have to cut the entire thing out. Any help would be great thanks!

I have not heard/used "Fix my rust" stuff.....IMHO, you first need to strip the paint, etc. off to see what the real extent of the damage is, then cut out the bad and weld in the new.

Unfortunately, the only way to fix the rust, is to have it cut out, and new metal put in. There really isn't any good alternative.

Yea I knew I would have to cut the rust out. It's not the whole rocker so I but would be kind of hard to make a piece of metal out of scrap. I may order the whole rocker and maybe just use half of it. See if that works.
