2023 transmission problems

So I finally get the truck back NOT fixed 50 days later... The service writer puts on the work order that they , road tested, hooked up fdrs, scanned and no codes where found!!! WTAF? I spoke with the tech and have a text stating that codes were found...shift solenoid E (generic code). I have tried getting ahold of the service manager all week to correct the work order...crickets...drive down there today..hes not there. Spoke with an advisor and they can see the text messages stating the truck had codes from there system... Not sure if the dealer is working with the manufacture to try and f@%@# me on this lemon law I filed but this is insane
