4R70W / E4OD swap issues
Have a 1994 F150 with 302 and bad 4R70W tranny ..... and I have a good E4OD out of a 1995 F150 with 300 six..... Truck has 70,000 milers and tree fell on cab so bought it for parts. So what kind of issues will I have putting the E4OD into the 1994 with 302 and bad 4R70W. ????? And thanks in advance... I always get good advice here...

You'll need a computer to run it.

The 302/4R70W computer will not run an E4OD. The 300/E4OD computer will not run a 302.

Thanks .... was about what I was expecting..... may just put a 5 speed in it instead..... I have lots of options ... lots of parts trucks
