Just so you are aware, replacing the pan gasket set also includes/requires replacing the crankshaft packing seals. The Ford part number for the pan gasket is 7HA-6710 and usually includes the ancillary seals too.
Replacing the lower seals only is not to bad.You are in for a workout replacing both upper seals.
The front requires removing the radiator, damper, and front cover. Rear seal means removing the transmission, clutch and flywheel.
Gaskets and seals can be gotten from Olson's Gaskets. 360-871-1207
Well guys you convinced me, I'm not going to drop the oil pan. I'm going to do a couple `of oil changes with engine flush. If a clean oil pick up screen doesn't solve my oil pressure issue, I doubt that a sparkling clean oil pan will make much difference. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for all your comments.

You can get quite a bit of the gunk out through the plate around the plug. Be careful, the gunk is probably full of lead.
Well folks I didn’t drop the pan, just replace the screen on the oil pump intake and cleaned the gook off the inspection plate. I put in a generic 10w30 oil and drove about a hundred miles. The next day with a cold engine I added a qt. of MOTOR MEDIC MOTOR FLUSH. The instructions say to run the motor not more than five minutes, only at idle. No wonder, it contains #2 diesel fuel and kerosene! The garage floor registered some black particles out the exhaust.
I Drained the oil mixture and refilled with straight 40 wt. oil and a new oil filter. The 40 wt. oil seeds to be helping the oil pressure, at idle is a little higher. I’m going to follow the advise of a few people including my local mechanic and not worry about it. I’m just going to get a DO NOT RESUSCITATE bracelet for the truck and drive it!
Thanks for all your help, see you at IOLA next week.
