BTW, my TPMS kit came with the truck. I think it came from Ford, because the box has my truck VIN on the label. Anyway, I found it under the rear seat in the storage area. Hopefully you've already looked there.
Yes, only one black box with a two pin sensor mounted in it. The cable has two wires.
I think you correct it is a Yaw sensor per the labeling on the bag. It was under the backseat when I got the truck. I’m reading through the instructions again and see where it mentions alternate wiring harnesses for other stuff, like trailer tpms. I definitely did not get the trailer TPMS kit. Thanks to everyone for chiming in!
Thank you all! How’s one to know what you get if you don’t know? The dealership parts department is going to reach out to me. I definitely did not get the tpms kit. At least I know what the Yaw sensor is and what it’s for. This forum and its members are a huge resource. Kudos to all.

That was my biggest frustration too. Ford does a very poor job of describing what you can expect to get with new truck options. And then when you get that option, you find out it does not include what you need to integrate it into your truck, and even worse they don't help you figure out what it is you'll need to buy.
I found the Levittown Ford Dealer had pretty good descriptions on their pages, with links that helped guide me to what I was going to need. Their shipping costs were too high. But they were helpful. https://www.levittownfordparts.com/
