Yes, HVAC is complicated. You say it's at the right pressures but have not provided them. What are condeser and line temps into evaporator. What is ambient temp. are fans running (I think an 07 has a clutch fan though), is compressor running, what other relevant work was done. when was the last time it worked properly. What is your experience level with ac. Need a lot more info to even begin to help.
If it's not 90 deg out and the vents are blowing a measured 90deg temp, it sounds like an issue with the controls.
Temperature outside was 94°, and the pressure on the high side was 290 PSI and the pressure on the low side was 40 PSI and I was talking to the person who had last recharged the AC which was about earlier this year but not sure yes it has a clutch fan
Are you using gauges or an ac machine? Has it been evacuated and properly charged with the right amount, not just based on the pressures? Is the large tube cool or cold coming back to the compressor? Is the clutch fan moving air at idle or is airflow weak ? You can test this by spraying the condenser with a hose and seeing if the high side drops. If so the condenser isnt rejecting enough heat and that needs to be addressed. 94 is pretty hot so an ac system needs to be in optimal conditions to work. You said you don't have a thermometer so how are you checking vent temp?
