Intake.manifold replacement woes...

So, I was informed today that Ford has placed a "stop sale" on the HC3Z-9424-G intake manifold for 2017-2019 non-cng 6.2L intake manifolds. I assume this is due to the new part being no better than the previous part it's replaced.

A quick search of revision code digits reveals that there is an available intake with the part # of HC3Z-9424-J that seems for fit only 2019 6.2L engines. Is this compatible with a 2018 F250 non-cng model? There's no notes attached and it doesn't list a "supercedes" part #.

EDIT: I've just read about a tuner that can disable the IMRC system and remap for catalyst efficiency?

Where to purchase????

it can be used for diagnostic testing of IMRC but everything I've seen shows its not a permanent change.

if it will turn it off for the entire drive cycle, then in reality that would not be any different than having a full-time tuner attached to the OBD-2 port, right?

except a flash/ecu tune doesnt require you go back in each time and re-disable imrc. In HP tuners for instance IMRC has an option as on or off. if you select off and write the tune it stays off till you go back in and turn it on and write the updates. flash or ecu tuners dont need to be plugged into the port 24/7. a inline tuner like the bank's derringer would need to be plugged in all the time but im not aware of a inline tuner that can be used to disable imrc.
