Headlights adjustment

I’ve recently put in a new headlight assembly, and they still sit awfully low after a bunch of adjustment, can’t find the sweet spot.
any tips?
maybe remove bulbshields (LED bulbs)?

I had that problem with some cheap aftermarket Amazon headlights that I installed over a decade ago. I recently re-replaced them with reproduction headlights from LMC, and those work fine.

I could never get those LED supplied lights to aim right, they are either pointing to the ground and to the left or right. I installed ultra white Hologen bulbs from Sylvania and had no problem aligning them.

I also swapped to H4 housings on my 77 cadillac with the supplied LED bulbs and can't get them to align, so I'm swaping those bulbs as well to halogen.
