Overhead console identification

Any idea what overhead console went here ('89 XLT Lariat trim)? I've looked thru all the interior pictures and brochures I can find, but no love.

Thanks, y'all!

Loos awfully wide to have been a normal console. Couldn't have hung down much I'd have imagined.

is there anything on the roof? Maybe this is markings from a abrace of some sort for a rook rack something.

Hm - hadn't considered a brace. There's nothing on the roof or any marks to suggest that there ever was.

Probably something custom.

Good thought and thanks...

Definitely an aftermarket console. There was no OEM overhead console on that generation of truck.

That's interesting, I'd think a Mark III conversion but I think those were only 92-97. Are there any wires that went to it that were cut? Usually overhead consoles go all the way to the front windshield and that's about where the wires come down. Is there wood trim on the doors or dash?

I haven't played around too much with the headliner, but I don't see any wires up there. No wood trim anywhere. Or carpet, for that matter.
