I have never seen it, or experienced it, never bothered to verify in the junkyards, but the drivers door harness (within the accordion boot, body to door) is known to chafe, and and cause either shorting issues, or loss of functions. As far as wiring, I know if I have the drivers window switch es unplugged none of them work from their respective switch. So I don't know if door switches, and battery saver circuit are similar. I did learn this weekend that once my battery saver feature activates, I can't even turn the headlights on. Till it's awake.

you need to fill out the Profile so we don't have to guess what is going on?
