2023+ 6.7L PSD differences

As we all probably know by now, both the 2023+ 6.7 SO and HO PSD engines are different than any previous model year. This diesel mechanic does a good job explaining those differences.

The big improvement for the 23+ Power Strokes is the 9th injector.

The 9th injector is a plus.

Extended oil changes is not a good idea regardless.

I would love to see a fine tuning recall to cut down on the voracious DEF usage.

Doesnt sound like the video author really understands the ford 6.7 engine.

regens are not as a result of “overfueling”, the regen process uses fuel injection into the cylinders during the exhuast stroke ..that sends fuel thru the exhaust system. “Over fueling”, will just create more soot.
