(1985 ford F250 banks turbo kit 150000+ miles(guess) Manual zf5) I just installed some gauges because the dummy gauge on the dash was fluctuating weirdly. and I'm concerned about the health of the engine because I plan on road tripping it about 2000 miles. The oil is old and in the next few days while I'm going to change it while I'm working on it(15W 40 motorctaft and motorcraft filter). On cold start I read about 50 psi and warmed up a little a bit under 25psi. I didn't drive it yet so I dont have warm idle psi or driving psi. I attached 2 videos one is a slight ticking noise dont think its bottom end may be injector but the tick is not very consistent idk I'm not a professional. The other video is of the blow by not sure the cause weather rings or head gasket. Dont have any oil in coolant or coolant in oil or coolant leaking. Does consume oil, leaks and burns it. There is also air intrusion in the fuel lines so I have to bleed it before I shut it off or it will be hard to start I believe the intrusion is from the rubber lines in-between the injector lines so I will replace all of them. I'm also replacing CDR valve and plan to do a compression test. Sorry for the long post Any suggestions, info or help is appreciated thx.

Hello. Change the oil to fresh 15w40 and see if the oil pressure improves. 25psi at idle isnt bad. Does it go back up to 50psi when you rev it to 2000 rpm.
The blow-by is a little excessive, but not concerning. You might try some "restore" engine treatment and see if it improves. You can check your compression to see if you have a cylinder that's low, indicating bad rings (most likely).
Cellphone mics ways have trouble picking up the nuances of engine noises. It's sounds like a normal IDI to me. If you hearing a crackling or clunking at the back of the engine, it could be your dual-mass flywheel making noise. If you have an automatic, your flex plate could be cracked which is definitely a problem since it'll leave you stranded.

OK my 7.3 n/A sounds just like this and has equivalent amount of blowby. Runs strong, cheap guage screwed into oil sender hole at top of block is ~38psi cold at idle drops to 36 hot. Guage with new Motorcraft sender is at around "o" to "r" when driving ( a bit below center of Guage ). Raises up a bit at speed, back to hot idle reading at low RPMs. This seems normal to me. Did a full gallon of Lucas and Rotella T5, and it was nice and quiet for about 50 miles. Seems Lucas doesn't last? No bottom end noise coming from crankcase. But definitely a ticking lifter on rear pass cylinder. Replaced all 16 Lifters and Rockers with brand new NOS , pushrods cleaned and perfect. Had to cut away rectangular "vacuum reservoir" portion of heater box in order to remove rear 2 pushrods, installing external one in its place (no way was I gonna tussle with heater or raise engine). Used Dremel with 2" cutoff wheel.
Anyway... runs strong, no smoke unless I lug it.
BUT lifters on both sides of rear of engine take extra 10 seconds or so to begin oiling Rockers at startup. Flow is visibly less as well. Rocker tip on pass side Intake valve had full circle beginning to wear as opposed to all others still mainly the "half moon" wear pattern. Rocker fulcrum were pretty much worn the same on all 16 as well. PO did swap from a '93 ambulance, must have dropped it on oil pan as pan is bent up in a couple areas. SO....my question is this..given oil pressure seems normal, but lifters far from pump aren't oiling as well, does anybody think that if oil pickup tube was disturbed, could it be restricted or sucking air?
How far is pickup tube/strainer from bottom of pan? Can I get in there without pulling engine? It's a 1990 F350 4x4.
Pleeeze help, I worried about damaging engine, but getting into pan appears nearly impossible!!
