Coolant in Oil HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 04 FX4 with the 5.4 with 118863 miles on it as of today. I went out today in the cold to change my oil. I first noticed my coolant being al little low yesterday. It is about 2in below the cold fill line now. So I go to drain my oil and coolant starts coming out. WTF??? I am thinking that it may be leaking from the intake? or Head gaskets? Any advice would be very much appreciated because this is my only vehicle and I am unemployed, plus have a kid on the way. Thanks for looking

I can only think of two possibilities, a blown head gasket or a cracked block. I'd run a compression test on it. You could also pressurize the cooling system with a testing kit and see if it won't hold pressure.
