never seen the swap, but you could look for people doing a 4.6l swap since the v10 is a 4.6 with 2 more cylinders. i don't think anyone makes a mod motor to mp435 bellhousing or adapter. if someone does, the price you'll pay for it should be enough to make you consider swapping to a better trans. you could get a ZF-5 that would bolt right up to it and if money wasn't a huge concern you could go tremec 4050

iQuicktime may offer a bell that fits the mod motor and NP435 patterns since some are shared with other transmissions...not sure if the input shaft length is correct however.
I agree it makes sense to consider a swap to a zf-5 at the same time..more gears probably same money.
