Yes, you can. Do you mean a direct bolt in? I don't think so, I think the 5R110 is longer, but I am not certain.
The next question is can you make it shift, too? I'm not so sure about that. You'll need a complete wiring harness and a PCM that can operate a 2 valve V10 and a 5R110. 2005+ Econolines had that, you might be able to find what you need.
