whats is worth
Except for the drivers door I crunched and had to replace, the truck is staright as an arrow. I 'll finising buffing it out, I have all new rubber seals to be installed, doors latches etc. Just having a tough time getting it finsihed. we purchased a weekend get away and spend a lot time away. I keep the truck parked inside, but I don't want it to waste away. I drive it at least once a week to keep things going.
I'll attach some picks. This is a f100 460 BUT, its on a 3/4 ton chassis. That's how I purchased it, didn't know at the time, in fact I didn't realize it was a real highboy at the time until someone here told me. It's also got brand new 35's on nice wheels. Even the stock radio works...LOL
Thanks

I had once decided to sell my '77 few years back, offered it at $2500 to downsize the fleet .... I was including extra new doors, bed sides, tail gate from Ford, fresh 400 short block on a stand, etc, 105,xxx miles. Had lookers wanting me to keep spares and give them the truck for a song to use on a farm, etc. It was still a good dependable truck, even if it had rust issues. The new accumulated body parts weren't rusty but I realised I was not gonna be able to do what I had planned for years. I survived some health challenges & soon afterwards changed directions, solicited help, dropped a few $k into it, had me some fun.
Now every gas stop involves "truck" conversation. Guys give me cards for if ever I want to sell it, I have to turn down offers. Used to be I just parked it beside the shed and kept it up for hauling trash, limbs or dragging tree parts or etc. I would let the rain wash it. Now it's in the shed ... and covered to block bird poops.
