Radius Arm/Brake Trouble??

Radius Arm/Brake Trouble??
I recently replaced both of my radius arm bushings and noticed the driver's side brake start vibrating pretty bad while braking the day after replacing the bushings. Is there any chance these two events are correlated or is this pure coincidence and do I finally need to get new brake pads/rotors? Hoping I didn't screw with my alignment somehow or manage to mess something up while removing the rusted-on nut at the back of the radius arm.

4x4? you typically need to drop the axle a bit to get the radius arm out of the slot, this does put stress on the brake line unless you disconnected it.
maybe you pinched a brake line or a soft line is collapsed?
