removing motor mounts?

removing motor mounts?
Well my truck is sittin outside waiting to get new motor mounts put it. (both of them are torn in two)
Now, how do i go about doin this?
Looks to me like if i just unbolt both sides of the mounts, then put a floor jack on the bellhousing and jack it up an inch, i should be able to sqeeze the mounts out?

nevermind!
got them both in...sort of.
one of the holes didn't quite line up right.... took a real lot of effort. i found the problem though. There is a sticker that says "Made in Thailand"
