Ford v10 keeps ruining heads

So i put a driverside cylinder head on the 2009 v10 because one of the valves dropped and ruined the head. However it didn't hurt the block or piston. Anyways I put the new head on and it ran good but the valvetrain just seemed kinda noisy, eventually it started making some squeaking noises and locked up. Cylinder 9, or the 4th one back on driver side, the cam was all tore up and rockers were destroyed and looked to have gotten very hot. Tore head off and pulled motor and put a new new oil pump in it and another new head and timing gears and chains and guides etc, put engine back in the truck and fired it up, had great oil pressure and seemed to run great, valvetrain still seemed kinda noisy though, drove it about a mile and it died at idle, started very hard and was making some bad squealing noises from driver side valvetrain and shut it down. Appears to be tearing the new head up, again. I'm 18 years old and very mechanically inclined but I'm struggling with this one.

I would think there is a huge lack of oil flow to the head where all the rotating valve train parts reside. This might be due a restriction or blockage within the block itself.

Before spending more money find out what the oiling system is really doing.
