Upgrade '09 F350 calipers?

I will soon do a brake job, I still have my original calipers (about 190k miles). They have been problematic since very early on, about once or thrice a year I get a caliper that sticks. Usually I take it off, press it back in, lube the slides, and things work again so I've never replaced them. I am wondering did I just get some not-so-good ones? Are there better brands to consider than OEM Motorcraft?

I've seen the 6 piston Wildwood brake kits for something crazy like 3 grand, but thats a bit too rich for me and I don't have the required 20" wheels. Is there any other modest option?
