I brought my truck to the dealer for a recall and also for a cluster update on April 29, and after cluster updated all lights show up on the cluster. Dealer technician contacted Ford Hot Line and was instructed to replace 2 batteries and a gateway, and after they did all that and redo the cluster update and all the lights still there on the cluster. Dealer contacted Ford Hot Line again on May 9th, and till now they don't get any answer from Ford Hot Line yet. My dealer technician don't know the modules or the software cause a problem.
I called Ford Canada customer service and they could not help on this because it between dealer and Ford Hot Line.
It have been 3 weeks in the dealer parking lot and during that time dealer guy back up into my driver back door and made a long dent line. Now i have to wait for them to replace the door also.
Anyone has the same problem like mine? I just wondering what should I do next if they redo the cluster update and it fails again? (Ford buy back, or give me a new truck)
My truck is 2023 F250 Limited HO 6.7, odo 13.579km
