Brake pad type
Is there any way to tell if my 2018 F150 came with ceramic pads or organic or semi-metallic?

Semi metallic from the factory.

I was going to say, almost no vehicles come with ceramic from the factory. They've also moved away from 'organic,' it's pretty much semi-metallic period.

When I replaced my rotors, I went with ceramic. I'm much more satisfied with the braking now.

x3 on everything being semi-metallic now. Once I do the brakes on my F150 I'll look for organic pads, but might not even be able to order them.

Raybestos, AC Delco and probably a few others have them.
