B1676 with all 4 wheels sensor codes

Just purchased 2009 EB explorer, 130k miles awd 4.6 6spd as a project. b1342 c1280 c1285 c1165 c 1175 c1145 c1155 b1676. Previous owner had abs light on, abs confirmed inop (i tested in gravel its old school 4 wheel skid). Previous owner replaced alternator, battery and says all tone rings checked out good. Along with abs issue, 4 low also does not activate. 4 low light flashes, message displays “stop vehicle for 4x4 low selection” or whatever. This happens with foot on brake, stopped, in nuetral. Truck doesnt know its stopped. I did the forward and reverse trick to no avail. Im combining these 2 in a post because im convinced they are related, but maybe not. But im working abs issue first. So far i have Cleaned plug/ module connectors and lubed/ reconnected. cleared codes and the b1676 comes on immediately when key is turned on. Unplugged module and turned key on just to see if anything changed, got a new code for rsc. So it appears the pcm/ bcm are seeing something from the abs when plugged in. Its not just dead. Pulled abs module out of truck. I checked both constant power supplies and ign supply, along with ground through the harness- harness seems fine as far as powers/ ground. Cleaned plug/ module connectors and lubed, cleared codes and the b1676 comes on immediately when key is turned on. Cut controller open. Checked mosfets and circuitry/ connections on board. No issues found. Took it to electronics repair shop local to verify my findings, he found nothing wrong with board. I manually jumped pump motor. Runs good. Ideas?

It was the abs controller. Ebay services dont do “internal” faults. Ive found that most these places are pin solderers, not really electronic repair. Orig part number was 9L24-2C219 -CD which is impossible to find. Emailed autoecms. They basically said other part numbers werent interchangeable and good luck. I modified my abs bracket and drilled 4 holes in the inner fender behind the plastic liner so i could change controllers without pulling entire module in the future. Bleeding them can be a pain. Anyway found a 2010 with front clip removed, part number AL24-2C219 -CC. If you dont know how to read ford part numbers highly suggest you youtube it. $43 for the controller from my local pick and pull (with 30 day return if it didnt work). 59 for the forscan dongle. Got the software loaded to my 9 year old laptop. So far so good. I may go back and grab one off an 07 just to see if it works. If i do ill post back. Because repair shops make it sound very scary. PO to the PO i got the truck from had a 1500- 4000 estimate iirc. I have a lot of time invested making sure i was convinced it was the controller, but I have way more time than money. The dash was lit like a christmas tree and this was my first time ever using forscan. You can do it.
