I have an 08 F450 I originally ordered spicer 2020315 kit for the truck but the ball joints are really small so I know I have the incorrect set.
I also purchased the OTC 6698 but the tool doesn't seem to go all the way down into the bore of the knuckle with nothing in the knuckle. I don't know if that's normal behavior or if I just have the incorrect tool.

Can I please get some help.

 

I have been emailing Autonation Ford all day they came in clutch with some part numbers.

Upper is BC3Z-3049-A
Lower is BC3Z-3050-D
The seals are still the same as the F350

Axle Guide (not Spicer 53987) I am still on the hunt for this as mine were damaged removing the inner axle seals inside the differential.

 

Hi, Upper should be a BC3Z*3049*A. For the axle guide from 2006-12-18 to 2007-10-30 is a 8C3Z*3T695*B, and from 2007-10-30 to 2010-02-12 is a 8C3Z*3T695*C.

I ordered the upper and lower and it appears they didn't come with the hardware. Do you happen to have the part numbers for the nuts and snap ring?

 

Upper nut F2TZ*3A049*A. Lower nut FT2Z*3A050*A. Snap ring 5C3Z*3K050*BA.

 

So I am in need of some oversized upper ball joints but I can't seem to locate a part number for them. Does anyone have a part number or know of a company that makes oversized uppers?

 

If I can’t get oversized uppers what’s the correct part number for the knuckles? I’d imagine that in reality I could use all the way to 2016 just means different ball joints.
