2024 F-150 differences

I saw a 2024 F-150 in a parking lot yesterday. I saw that it had a temporary registration and was curious what year it was. I actually thought it was a 2023, but when I looked at the temporary registration it was a 2024. What did Ford actually change? It only looked like the grill and bumper were different!

Smiline did you notice the Model? There are many options, standard between the models.

It was an XLT...I'm pretty aware of different options. I just thought the 2024 was resigned/updated for 2024. The body panels looked identical to the 2023. I just noticed the grill and the bumper were different!

Motor trend has a great article on it. Tail gate, change to standard motor and view screen + looks like ford has decided to tough trail the front of the truck to include bumper accessories with it. Don't think it shows up on the Build of a new vehicle yet though. Think 2025 makes sense. Maybe near $60,000 build also. Haha. wanna play?

big screen for all, new tail lights, grill change and a few others as far as I can tell.
STX is a trim level and no longer an added pkg to XL.
I just got a 24 4wd STX crew, 5.0, 3.73 locking axle, tow/haul, blkout pkg and 36gal tank. I like it.

I just started a new thread with basically the same questions and just now saw this one, so I'll add it here.

I visited my local dealer Saturday and am really impressed with the STX compared to the XLT.

There seems to be only a few minor (to me) differences between the 2.

XLT:
Power/heated seats
Side mirror puddle lights
Bed lighting
120 V outlet in bed
120 V outlet in rear of center console
Sliding rear window (Standard on XLT?)
Dampened tailgate

I am looking at the 5.0 with 4WD and have found a few in my area for around 47K (website pricing) some even with the FX4 (201A) package.

I just don't think the above are reasons to fork over another 10-12K.

Are there any that I'm missing?

Does the FX4 package on the STX change the wheels to 18 inch or do they stay 20's? It is hard to decipher from the window stickers.

I do like the power seat in my 08 XLT, could seats be swapped from a JY?

I think that for the 24 model LED headlamps and a 12 inch screen are standard on both.

Thoughts and opinions on the 2 are wanted.

2024 STX-
I've added bed lights, tailgate damper, stubby ant, boxlink tie downs, bed mat, floor mats, console organizer, console tray, camlocker tool box, falken at4 285/60/20 tires, screen protector and ford 6yr/100k warranty to mine in the last 2 weeks.
A few more things to go.
I love it (fwiw- I have a F250 platinum ultimate diesel 4x4 too). I like the simple stx trim
