I think there are a lot of variables to this question. Is it a small dealer with little allocation? Are you looking at a base 450 or higher end? I’m guessing that most dealers are out of allocations for higher end trims for 24’s so you would be looking at a 25. If your looking for a HO 6.7 then you might be waiting for a while if the engine continues to be a constraint for builds. They also might just be giving you worst case so they don’t over promise.
Any more than 4-5 months and it won't be a 2024. Dealers are probably taking advantage of the limited supply of 450's, but have you searched inventory to see if one closely matches your build?
