What does Priority J11 mean?

What does Priority J11 mean?

My dealer said that 10-20 all mean top priority. Is this true?

From what I have learned on here the priority only means something internally to your dealer. If yours was ordered at 10 and someone else was ordered at 20, your technically should be picked first to be built.
