You need to remove the large flathead screws on the drum face. These usually are really stuck and benefit from the use of an impact screwdriver.
Additionally, it usually helps to back the brake shoes off so that they don't interfere with the drum.
There has been times I resorted to removing the axle shaft to remove the drum with the hub and then separate the drum from the hub off of the truck.

If you have this truck but somehow still dont have an oxy-fuel torch then go buy one now.
for this job you will need to use an impact screwdriver as mentioned above and also lots of penetrating lube and heat.
if it still wont move when hot then smack around it with a hammer to shock the rust loose.
