I’m pretty sure most of it is in that build thread some where.. and no, I don’t have a complete list handy. I’d have to go back through it all and my notes and make up a complete list. It’d take me a few days to dig up all my notes on it and go through it.
Id suggest starting out with the manual, do you have a FSM? If not, order one of those, I’m pretty sure RA has them on CD. I can post up the pages of the overall breakdown tomorrow if you need, but I’d still suggest the manual. I don’t know how you’d do it all with out it.
A couple things off the top of my head.
Don’t mix up the camber eccentrics / bushings. They are probably different side to side. If you do, you’ll be taking it apart again to swap them side to side.
If going this far, you may as well pull the axle beams and install new pivot bushings. Get new u bolts. If I were in that far, I’d also do the front leaf / shackle bushings.
Spindle bearings can only be installed one way, make sure you take a depth measurement before driving out the old ones. If you install them wrong it will ruin the bearing.
You need parts for the ‘95 - ‘97. If you run into issues, order everything for a 1996. Parts stores may confuse the 1997 HD and Light duty trucks.
There is another thread on here I just did a quick write up on some of the highlights for going through the D50.. in the past few days. Have a quick read though that.

You will need the proper socket for the hub nuts, auto vs manual. They are completely different.
Keep track of the thrust washers. I believe they can be difficult to get now, they were a few yrs ago anyway.
Torque King is a good resource, and has all the parts breakdowns as well. They are the expensive option for parts, but the tech support is good and the parts are good. They also have all the tools required.

For steering, I’m not sure what is available now for Motorcraft. I used XRF. It all fit well, and no issues. Ball joints as well.
If you’re going that far have a good look at the steering shaft and steering gear box (check it all before disassembly). I favor Blue Top steering gears, you can send yours in to be rebuilt, or an exchange unit. If you need new steering gear box bolts, ford dealers can still supply them.
What is wrong with the pinion bearing? Keep track of shims as you disassemble. You’ll have to check the differential set up when completed. Read up on some threads about setting up gears. You can mark the nut and reassemble, hope it doesn’t change - but don’t blindly trust that it hasn’t. Make sure you change out the race as well.
I prefer a brass hammer and drifts for most disassembly / assembly. Brass is softer than steel.
It’s all straight forward, parts and tooling will cost a bit. Setting up gearing if you’re changing out bearings will take a bit of patience. There are lots of videos and write ups on it.
Maybe one day I’ll do a complete write up on it, tear down and reassembly..
