After having my 2019 F-150 in for repairs on the cam phasers, My backup camera is not showing the "guide lines" and does not switch to the downward looking camera to see the hitch. The "+" is on the screen and when I touch it, the display doesn't change to the downward view. I have gone into the settings and selected the option for the "guide" lines, but it does not display them.
Any thoughts?
Make sure you mention it to the shop the did the work. Especially if the reset clears the problem.
Tried that and didn't make any difference. Thanks for the idea though!
Also did an update on Sync, still no difference. Updated to Version 3.4 Build 23188_Product.
Calling the dealer now...
Attached is a pic of the backup camera when normal and when "zoomed" to look down...
