Scott Drake looks like they have great a/c kits only for Mustangs
Scott Drake went out of business . I think.......
Were their products no good ???
Anyway , how hard do you think it would be to install a Mustang a/c on a F100 ???????...
They are both 302's..................it'a fit............
What say you...........
And Holley is now part of Edelbrock I believe. I suppose that is why Edelbrock now has a 4bbl that looks a whole lot like a Holley.
Well I would say Edelbrock is a part of Holley , as well as Mr. Gasket , Demon , Earls , Quicktime , and countless others ............This shocked me 10 years or more ago , I bought a Mr.Gasket part and called their company & was told Holley owns them............They should rename Mr. Gaskett Holley .
I want Mr.Gasket to price my product not Holley !!!
I say this because this is why prices are so high !!! There is not much competition . If you own most of the sellers/stores you can set your prices high because if go to Eldebrock for a lower priced carb than Holley u cannot because Holley prices them both the same , no competition !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You think your dealing with Mr.Gasket but your really dealing with Holley !!! Our country is FULL OF MONOPOLIES .........I WILL NOT EVEN START WITH THE CRAZY HOSPITAL HEALTHCARE DEBACLE...........
Kroger just tried to buy Albersons for $25,000,000,000 , thank-fully the SEC sued & stopped them . Kroger bought Fred Myers in 2011 for $13,000,000,000 , Fred Myers OWNED countless stores , now Kroger ownes all of them plus about a 1000 more stores , plus they own Safeway , and countless , yes lots of other stores......... SORRY IF you think this out of order but this matters to our Truck prices..........We need to break up these MONOPOLIES , ROOSEVELT DID IT , SO CAN WE !!!
Off soapbox 4 now............

The flip side is business is not the same as it used to be and these companies have a hard time surviving on their own as well so Holley buying them keeps them in business too. It used to be that companies passed down from mom/pop to son/daughter. Now the kids have to buy the company or buy siblings out or it goes to court. Everyone wants to make every cent out of the business, or leach all the cash out of it. I'm not defending Holley but at least we can still get parts.
Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires Holley Performance Products
Sentinel will combine Holley with the Driven Performance Brands platform.
As far as Edelbrock goes apparently, they bought Comp performance group and moved most of their operation to Memphis. Thanks to this combination of resources and some of the world’s most dedicated and passionate people, brands like Edelbrock, COMP Cams®, FAST® (Fuel Air Spark Technology), TCI®, Russell® Performance and Lunati.
i've had good luck with other scott drake parts, but no experience with their AC. I think you could very easily make the under the hood parts from a mustang AC work, but not sure on the interior parts... is the evaporator part of the whole unit that incorporates the heater core and blower? or is it an under the dash style unit that looks like an add on? if it's the later, i would assume it would be way easier than the former.
vintage air always gets lots of praise likely for good reason... i went with old air's 400 unit in my 67 but i haven't installed it yet. reason i did though is because of the performance i get from their hurricane unit in my 75 supercab. i can absolutely freeze the entire cab in south texas summer heat. can't imagine how crazy it's going to be in a single cab
Thank-you so very much.......... I ask about Mustang , because I have a another deal working
I THINK it is a under dash unit . I saw it but did not fully check it out . It uses 134a or r refrigerant
Looks like it should 302 to 302 , 1969 I think to my 1971 , Brackets may be different !!! This why I ask
Maybe more info later..........Thanx again.........
